The NI ‑ 9220 enables differential analog input operations to be performed simultaneously with CAT ‑ II (250 Vrms) or CAT ‑ I (60 VDC) isolation. The module is able to generate 3.2 MB / s of data at a maximum sample rate. Two connection options are available for the NI ‑ 9220: a 36-pin plug connection and a 37-pin D-Sub connector.
