781366-01 | NI PXI-8516/2, NI-XNET-LIN interface card, 2 connections

The PXI ‑ 8516/2 module is a LIN interface card (Local Interconnect Network) for application development with the NI ‑ XNET driver. The PXI ‑ 8516/2 card is particularly suitable for applications in which hundreds of CAN frames and signals have to be processed in real time and at high speeds, such as hardware ‑ in ‑ the ‑ loop simulations, rapid control prototyping, Bus monitoring, automation control and much more With the NI ‑ XNET ‑ DMA engine, the onboard processor can exchange LIN frames and signals between the interfaces and the user program without causing CPU interrupts. This increases the message latency and leaves processor time free for processing complex models and applications.
