Description

16197A | Floor electrodes SMD test adapter

For impedance analysis of SMD components with connections at the bottom.
The frequency characteristic is stable up to 3 GHz and offers the highest measurement accuracy and constant accuracy for repeated measurements.

It can be used for SMD components with dimensions from approx. 1 mm up to 3.225 mm. With option 001, SMD dimensions of approx. 0.6 mm can be achieved.
