2. Formular einsenden

Senden Sie das ausgefüllte Formular per E-Mail an service@datatec.eu. Bitte achten Sie auf die vollständigen Angaben, um eine zügige Bearbeitung zu ermöglichen.

3. RMA-Nummer erhalten

Nach Prüfung Ihrer Anfrage senden wir Ihnen Ihre persönliche RMA-Nummer** zu. Diese dient zur eindeutigen Identifikation Ihres Geräts im Serviceprozess.

4. Gerät einsenden

Legen Sie das Formular mit RMA-Nummer in Ihr Paket und senden Sie es an:
