Your Service Request in Four Simple Steps.

1. Submit the Form.

Simply start the service process online: fill out the form and submit it directly via our shop. This will help us to process your request quickly.

2. Contact by Our Service Team.

Once we have received your request, a service representative will contact you to clarify any open issues and complete all the necessary information for the further service process.

3. Receive Service Form & RMA Number.

After reviewing your request, you will receive the service form and your personal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for authorization and clear identification of your shipment.

4. Send in the Device.

Place the service form with the RMA number in your package and send it to:
