The Keysight 16198A is designed for the impedance evaluation of SMDs with a bottom electrode. It achieves stable frequency characteristics up to 3 GHz and provides highly repeatable measurements. The Keysight 16198A supports the very small SMD sizes 0201 (mm) and 0402 (mm).
