XJTAG develops high-performance hardware and software solutions for boundary scan, in-system programming, and the testing of electronic assemblies. The systems support development, validation, and manufacturing processes and enable rapid troubleshooting and high test coverage—even for complex printed circuit boards with limited physical access. Via the JTAG interface, XJTAG’s boundary-scan systems can facilitate connection testing, production testing, debugging, and the programming of flash memory, CPLDs, and FPGAs. These systems are based on the IEEE 1149.1 standard and its Test Access Port (TAP). This allows for the early detection of short circuits, open circuits, and assembly errors.
