Description

N1500A software for dielectric material measurement

The Keysight N1500A PC software package verifies the specific electromagnetic effects of many non-conductive and magnetic materials. The complete system is based on Keysight's network analyzers. The response of the material to be tested is measured when it is subjected to high-frequency signals. The N1500A software controls the network analyzer and calculates the results. Depending on the network analyzer used and the material holder or measuring device used, material properties can be measured in the frequency range from a few 100 MHz to the lower THz range.
