DP0012A | Probe, differential, 1 GHz, AutoProbe1, for X-Series & Infiniium, DP001xA series

Keysight Technologies DP001xA series active differential probes provide superior general-purpose differential signal measurements required for many of today's high-speed power measurements, such as: B. for motor drives, differential bus measurements in the automotive industry and the development of digital high-speed systems. The DP001xA series active differential probes are available in bandwidths from 250 MHz to 1.7 GHz with a wide input dynamic range and a probe offset range of up to ±60 volts.

The DP001xA series probes feature the AutoProbe1 interface, making them compatible with most Keysight InfiniiVision X-Series and Infiniium oscilloscopes:

  • InfiniiVision 3000T X (1 Channel), 4000 X, 6000 X Series Oscilloscopes
  • Infiniium EXR, MXR, S Series Oscilloscopes
  • Infiniium UXR, V, Z and Q series with adapter N5442A
