The Keysight B2980C Series comprises high-precision femto-/picoammeters, electrometers, and high-resistance instruments for extremely sensitive current measurements. These instruments are designed for applications requiring the measurement of minute currents with the highest stability and accuracy. With a resolution of up to 0.01 fA and a high-resolution graphical user interface, the series enables reliable analysis of extremely small currents and very high resistances.
