8498A | Fixed coaxial attenuator, 30 dB, DC-18 GHz

The 8498A RF Attenuator can be used from DC up to 18 GHz in RF applications and offers an attenuation of 30 dB with a maximum power of 25 W. The peak power can even be 500 W to 5.8 GHz. The standing wave ratio is 1.15 to 8 GHz. The accuracy of the attenuation is ± 1 dB over the entire frequency range. Cooling is achieved via large cooling fins to avoid burns to the operating personnel if the operating conditions are maintained with maximum continuous power input.
