The Ultimate Software Bundle for the Keysight oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 6000 X series contains all trigger and decoding functions of the serial bus protocol as well as all extended measurement functions of the individual licensed industry-specific / application software packages (Auto, Power, Aero, USB and Embedded)

  • The Ultimate Bundle contains all software options for oscilloscopes of the 6000 X-Series: D6000AUTB Automotive Bundle, D6000GENB Embedded Analysis Bundle, D6000AERB Aerospace Bundle, D6000PWRB Power Supply Test Bundle and D6000USBB USB Test Bundle
  • These include various trigger and decoding options for serial protocols, mask tests, frequency response analysis (Bode), advanced math functions and more
  • Digital voltmeter (DVM) and training kit for trainers are already included as standard in the oscilloscopes of the 6000 X-Series
  • Note that hardware options such as the WaveGen and MSO channels are not included in this package
