D6000AERB | Aerospace Software for InfiniiVision 6000 X Series Oscilloscopes

The Keysight InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Aerospace Software Package provides protocol triggering and decoding for the MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429 serial buses. This package also enables other advanced analysis capabilities, including eye diagram mask testing and frequency response analysis (FRA) to support testing and debugging of electronic systems used in the aerospace and defense industries.

  • Hardware-based decoding helps find errors significantly faster
  • Triggering on specific MIL-STD 1553 command/status words, data words and error conditions
  • Triggering on ARINC429 labels, data and error conditions
  • Perform hardware-based pass/fail tests for MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC429 masks to ensure the analog quality of your network test
  • Automatically perform parametric measurements with statistics for comparison to published MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC429 electrical specifications
  • This package enables serial triggering and decoding to MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429, mask testing, frequency response analysis (Bode plot), and advanced HDTV video triggering and analysis. Advanced math is already standard on all 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes
