D3000USBB | USB Analysis Software for InfiniiVision 3000 X Series Oscilloscopes

The USB software package for Keysight's InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes enables USB 2.0 Low, Full and Hi-Speed protocol triggering and decoding, as well as USB PD (Power Delivery) triggering and decoding. This package also enables other advanced analysis features, including automatic USB 2.0 signal quality testing, mask testing, and frequency response analysis (Bode plots) to assist in testing and debugging high-speed digital signals such as USB 2.0.

  • This package enables serial triggering and decoding for USB 2.0 Low-, Full-, and Hi-Speed (requires a 1 GHz bandwidth model) and USB Power Delivery (USB PD), along with USB 2.0 signal quality testing, mask limit testing, and frequency response analysis features. (Bode plot)
  • Verify the analog quality of signals generated by USB hubs, hosts and devices based on USB-IF compliance standards
  • Trigger on various USB packet types such as Token, Data, Handshake, Special as well as on various error conditions such as PID, CRC and Glitch errors
  • Dual-bus decode with time-interleaved protocol list / table display
  • Serial decode trace time-correlated with USB waveforms
  • Compatible with segmented memory capture with decoding on every captured packet
  • Precision differential probes available
