D3000AUTB | Automotive software for oscilloscopes InfiniiVision 3000 X series

The Automotive Software Bundle for the InfiniiVision 3000A X and 3000T X Series Oscilloscopes from Keysight enables protocol triggering and decoding for a wide range of the most common automotive serial buses used today to control and monitor the powertrain and body. This package also enables other advanced analysis functions, including mask test and frequency response analysis, to aid in testing and debugging automotive electronic systems.

  • For the InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes, this package enables serial triggering and decoding of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, PSI5 (custom Manchester), custom NRZ and CXPI buses together with mask tests and frequency response analyzes (Bode plot) . Trigger and decode the CAN, CAN FD and LIN buses in symbolic form with a .dbc and / or .ldf file. Advanced math functions are standard on all 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes
  • For the InfiniiVision 3000A X-Series oscilloscopes, this package enables serial triggering and decoding of CAN, LIN and FlexRay as well as mask tests and advanced math options
  • The fastest throughput oscilloscope solution for triggering and analyzing serial buses in the automotive sector with hardware-based architecture
  • On-screen serial decoding time-correlated with the waveform of the serial data
  • Testing CAN and CAN FD eye diagram masks - easy download of multi-region masks and setups based on industry standards (mask files and application notes can be downloaded from Resources below)
  • Detailed pass / fail statistics from mask tests
