The EL+ vHF/DC ePlus series from CINERGIA has been specially developed for the requirements of modern avionics and aerospace test benches. It offers precise, bidirectional load simulation in the frequency range of 360-900 Hz and covers both AC and DC applications.
The series uses a regenerative architecture that allows energy consumed during testing to be regenerated rather than dissipated. This ensures lower operating costs, less heat generation and high energy efficiency. Typical areas of application are:
The EL40+ vHF/DC is the power-oriented high-end model in the series with a rated power of 40 kW. It was developed for test systems with high energy requirements - for example for aircraft generators, engine starters, power distribution systems and complex multi-channel test benches.
With these performance data, the EL40+ offers an exceptional combination of power, precision and stability. It is designed for dynamic load profiles, high inrush currents and demanding tests in continuous operation - ideal for OEMs, research centers and system integrators in aviation technology.
Within the series, the EL40+ represents the step into the high-performance class. It significantly outperforms the EL15+, EL20+ and EL30+ models in terms of power and performance, while retaining the same control logic, software environment and interface structure:
Compared to the EL30+, the EL40+ offers around 50% more power and significantly higher power reserves. This makes it ideal for avionics components with higher current consumption or for tests that require parallel power branches. At the same time, it remains modular, scalable and fully regenerative.
