It has an inner opening of 8.5 × 10.6 mm and an outer opening of 9.5 × 11.6 mm and enables even, convective heating thanks to its patented design and digitally controlled temperature and air flow. This guarantees reproducible reflow and desoldering processes for small SMD and BGA components.
