The Tektronix MP5000 series has been specially developed for the highest demands in development, validation and production testing. Thanks to its modular design, it combines Source Measure Units (SMUs) and Power Supply Units (PSUs) in a compact 1U rack format. This saves users valuable space and costs in the laboratory or test rack.

Mainframe MP5103
The MP5103 presented here is the centerpiece of the MP5000 series. This compact 1 U mainframe is highly flexible and can be equipped with up to three modules. By combining PSU and SMU modules, the MP5103 can be adapted precisely to the respective application. The modular design allows modules to be added or removed during operation, minimizing downtimes.
