The Tektronix MP5000 series offers a highly flexible platform for precise measurements and current/voltage sources. SMU module MSMU60-2
The MSMU60-2 is a powerful source measure unit module with two independent channels. It combines precise voltage and current sources with a high-resolution measurement function in a compact module. Thanks to 4-quadrant operation, both source and sink operations can be realized, making it the ideal tool for demanding I/V characterizations and precise component measurements.
