The LabVIEW AVL includes LabVIEW and additional NI software for teaching and research in the areas of system design, data acquisition and prototyping. It offers additional credits for education/training services and additional services such as on-demand training and course content to support continuing education.

Note:

This subscription is automatically renewed at the end of its validity period at the prices valid at that time, invoicing takes place via National Instruments (NI). Unless otherwise specified in the offer, your license is a time-limited license (also referred to as a "subscription license"). The term of the License begins on the date of our invoice to you, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or otherwise specified in the Quote. At the end of the License Term, your Subscription License will automatically renew for an additional year unless terminated by either party by notice to the other at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the renewal term. The renewal fee may change from time to time and is at NI's discretion. In such event, NI will notify you of the new fee at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the license term. If you do not agree to the new fee, you must notify NI at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the new license term that you do not wish to renew. You also understand that certain personal data relevant to the particular order and future contractual purposes will be shared with National Instruments (NI), who will be considered the data controller.

Unlike general-purpose AI advisors, Nigel AI is specifically optimized for the development of test applications. It draws on decades of testing expertise and reliable data to not only provide more accurate answers but also present them in technical formats such as tables and charts—enabling you to make informed decisions faster.

Nigel AI is integrated into LabVIEW Professional* to help users onboard, develop, and review program code more quickly.

  • Configure sequences and instruments
  • Analyze projects and get assistance with developing test systems

Since Nigel AI was developed specifically for testing and is integrated into the NI software environment, the AI works within the context of your project.

Note: Nigel AI is an optional feature and can be disabled by the user at any time. AI Advisors, including Nigel AI, are new technologies. These Advisors are still in their infancy, so they may make mistakes. Nigel AI is here to advise you, but it is important to verify the accuracy of its responses.
