RFmx Noise Figure is a license for the "RFmx SpecAn" measurement profile, which extends the capabilities of NI RF measurement devices with regard to noise figure analysis. With this software you can measure the noise figure, gain and effective temperatures using the "Y-factor" and "cold source" methods. You can improve measurement accuracy with the built-in calibration guides, and reduce test time by using existing noise source control and optimizing multi-frequency measurements. With RFmx, you can quickly and easily take measurements and debug them using interactive software front panels. RFmx Waveform Creator enables you to create and play back open, free waveforms. The performance-optimized API also speeds up automated tests. RFmx SpecAn must be installed for this software.
