The LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module is an additional package for the LabVIEW development environment. The software enables the interactive development of distributed control and monitoring systems with up to several tens of thousands of tags. The software includes tools for logging data into a networked historical database, recording historical and real-time data, managing alarms and events, networking LabVIEW real-time target devices and OPC devices into a complete system, and adding Security functions for the user interface.
