Keysight U1881A | PC performance analysis software with the Keysight oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 3x / 4x / 5/6 / 7xxx series.

  • enables automated, fast and repeatable measurements of clocked power supplies or power supply units (SMPS, switch mode power supply) in connection with the oscilloscopes of the 5000, 6000 or 7000 series from Keysight (formerly Agilents electronic measurement technology)
  • Complete software package with the modules for measuring the typical parameters for clocked power supplies:
    - Performance analysis: (switching losses, check of the "safe working area", dynamic switch-on resistance, dI / dt and dV / dt)
    - Input analysis on the primary side: power factor (real part, apparent power), reactive power, crest factor, measurements to ensure compliance with the provisions of IEC61000-3-2 Standard A, B, C, D and RTCA DO-160E
    - Inrush current
    - ripple of the output voltage (secondary side)
    - Switch-on / switch-off characteristics: switch-on time, switch-off time
    - Transient analysis: transient behavior and analysis in the event of load changes
    - Modulation analysis: pulse width change versus time, duty cycle changes versus time, period-duration changes versus time, frequency change versus time; can be displayed on one printout at a time
  • analyzes and reports can be carried out offline
  • automatic equalization to reduce switching loss measurement errors

Description

U1881A | Software performance analysis for oscilloscope X3 / 4/6 / 7xxx series

The U1881A PC software package for power measurement analyzes data recorded with a Keysight InfiniiVision 3000X / 4000X / 5000/6000 and 7000 series oscilloscope (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology).

This software package consists of 7 modules to analyze the characterization of the performance parameters: performance analysis, primary-side input analysis, inrush current, secondary-side output analysis (ripple), on / off switch characteristics, transient analysis and modulation analysis.

Each of the analyzes results in a corresponding automatic oscilloscope setting in order to allow simple measurement repetition. An automated report is also prepared in order to be able to display and archive the measurement results.
