N9910XVDI | VDI frequency extenders for FieldFox

The Keysight N9910XVDI is a compact millimeter-wave frequency extension for compatible FieldFox handheld analyzers. The module extends the measurement range of a FieldFox to 50 to 75 GHz in the V-band and 60 to 90 GHz in the E-band. This enables precise signal analysis in the millimeter-wave range without the need for a large, stationary laboratory analyzer.

When used with a FieldFox, the N9910XVDI supports spectrum analysis, IQ analysis, and—for appropriately equipped analyzers—real-time spectrum analysis (RTSA). The combination of the frequency extender and handheld analyzer weighs less than 4 kg in total and is therefore suitable for both mobile on-site measurements and laboratory use.

Typical applications include the development, installation, maintenance, and fault analysis of modern 5G and 6G communication systems, applications in aerospace and defense, and the testing of transmit and receive systems for automotive radar. The N9910XVDI offers a portable and cost-effective solution for analyzing millimeter-wave signals.
