N5449A | High impedance adapter 1 MOhm from BNC / Autoprobe I to Autoprobe II

The high impedance adapter enables the connection of a probe that requires a high input impedance to the Infiniium oscilloscope series 90000-X. The adapter can be used to connect a passive high-impedance probe, an AC / DC current probe or the differential high-voltage probe to the Infiniium oscilloscopes of the 90000-X series. The scope of delivery includes a passive 10: 1 probe N2873A with a bandwidth of 500 MHz.
