Replacement accessories for the active probe N2797A. The wide temperature range from -40 to +85 ° C is designed for the active probe as well as for the elements of the spare parts package.

The package consists of:

  • 10 probes can be used in the probe
  • 2 pieces of ground connection
  • 5 pieces of probe tip holders that can be soldered into the board
  • 2 red and 2 black flexible spring clips
