With the L2066XA power sensor from the Keysight L2050 / 2060 X series, you can measure any modulated signal precisely over a large dynamic range of -70 to +20 dBm up to 50 GHz and -70 to +15 dBm > 50 GHz to 54 GHz. The LAN Power Sensor provides repeatable power measurements for any modulated signal and has a super-fast measurement speed of 50,000 readings/s, giving you higher production throughput. The internal zero and calibration function also allows users to save time and reduce measurement uncertainty.

With the BenchVue software BV0007B you can control your power sensor, log data and measurements and visualize them in a variety of display options.
