The embedded software package for the Keysight InfiniiVision HD3 Series oscilloscopes enables protocol triggering and decoding for common serial buses used for embedded and mixed-signal designs. Capture all errors on your serial bus with an uncompromising waveform update rate combined with our hardware-based decoding.

Product Features:

  • Achieve an accurate and fast solution for triggering on and analyzing serial buses such as I²C, SPI, I²S and RS232 / 422 / 485 / UART.
  • Display multiple bus decoding triggers with lister display.
  • Trigger and analyze two-wire, three-wire and four-wire SPI serial protocol.
  • Time correlation of serial decoding on screen with serial data waveforms.
