Note: This package includes both the PP0001A probe and the required PP0004A adapter needed to use the probe with the Autoprobe I interface.

The Hi-Z+ Probe PP0001A is Keysight's first passive probe with an analog bandwidth of up to 1 GHz and a capacitive load of less than 4 pF. It offers all the user-friendly benefits of a passive probe with the performance normally associated with an active probe. The AutoProbe I interface provides offset and auto-configuration of the probe type and attenuation setting.

The PP0001A is intended for use with InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with the AutoProbe I interface using the PP0004A adapter.

The PP0001A/2A/3A probes are a new generation of Hi-Z+ probes in which the probe can be seen as a combination of probe and probe adapter (PP0004A). This combination does not have a fixed attenuation ratio, but several available attenuation ratios per given V/div setting to enable a very wide dynamic range and a flat frequency response.
