The Keysight W3630A Series DDR3 BGA probes for logic analyzers and oscilloscopes enable the display of data traffic on industry-standard DDR3 DRAMs using the Keysight 16900 and U4154A logic analyzers and Infiniium 9000 and 90000 oscilloscopes.
