DSOX6MSO | Upgrade to 16-channel MSO for DSOX 6000A oscilloscope

With this option you can upgrade an existing DSOX600xA oscilloscope to an MSO (Mixed Signal Oscilloscope).

This expands the oscilloscope by a 16 channel logic analyzer. Analog and 16 digital signals can then be displayed in a time-correlated manner using the Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) oscilloscope.
