Attention! Bandwidth upgrade must be performed on the device in the Keysight Service Center.

When installing the bandwidth upgrade in the service center, additional labor costs are incurred , which are added to the price of the bandwidth upgrade product. The calibration of the oscilloscope after the upgrade is included in the price of the upgrade product.

If several bandwidth expansion steps are required, please order all upgrade products that are required to expand the old bandwidth to the desired bandwidth. If the extended bandwidth requires passive probes with a larger bandwidth, these are included in the upgrade.
