With the programmable 84905M step attenuator, a signal attenuation of 0 to 60 dB can be programmed in 10 dB steps with a bandwidth of 0 Hz to 50 GHz.
Within the frequency range up to 50 GHz, it offers very good stability and repeatability of the attenuation. This is achieved through gold-plated spring contacts, which also guarantee a long service life - over 2 million switching cycles - with a repeat accuracy of typically <0.03 dB.

The UK6 option offers greater accuracy and traceability to the NIST standard (SWR (standing wave ratio) and attenuation).
