The USB software package for the oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 4000 X series from Keysight enables the triggering and decoding of the USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed protocol as well as the triggering and decoding of USB PD (Power Delivery) . This package also enables other advanced analysis functions , including automatic USB 2.0 signal quality check, mask test, and frequency response analysis (Bode plots) to aid in testing and debugging high-speed digital signals such as USB 2.0.
- This package enables serial triggering and decoding for USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed (requires a model with 1 GHz bandwidth) as well as USB power delivery (USB PD), together with the functions USB 2.0 signal quality test, mask limit test and frequency response analysis ( Bode plot)
