The Cinergia EL 30 AC/DC SiC-RS+IT30-RS combines the powerful, regenerative technology of the Cinergia rack devices with an integrated isolation transformer. This offers maximum electrical safety, galvanic isolation and the highest precision in research, development and production tests. By using the latest SiC power semiconductors, the system achieves high efficiency, fast response times and a compact 19" design.

Operation & integration
Like all models in the EL AC/DC SiC-RS series, the IT3RS variant also features an intuitive 7" touch display for local control, sequence programming, plot and datalog functions. The device can be flexibly integrated into automated test environments via MODBUS/TCP communication and analog/digital I/Os. The integrated transformer enables a completely galvanically isolated mains and DUT side, eliminating the need for additional external isolating transformers.
