Chroma's LCR Meter 11021-L is one of the most cost-effective digital LCR meters with test frequencies of 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 40 kHz and 50 kHz. An RS232 interface is integrated as standard. A GPIB interface and a handler interface are optionally available. Fast and stable measurements are possible with the Chroma-LCR-Meter 11021 both for the evaluation of components and for fundamental impedance measurements in the production area.
