XJA-0010 | JTAG Adapter, 2 x 10-pin, 2.00 mm pitch

The XJTAG XJA-0010 is a compact JTAG adapter designed to split a 20-pin connector with a 0.1-inch pitch into two separate 10-pin connectors with a 2-mm pitch. The 20-pin connector is connected directly to a compatible XJLink.

The signals from the XJLink are distributed to the two 10-pin connectors. This allows two matching 10-pin cables to be connected between the adapter and the device under test or the module under test. The adapter is therefore particularly well-suited for test setups in which the JTAG signals must be routed to the device under test via two compact 2-mm connectors.
