Tektronix TekScope software allows you to view and analyze signals, make a wide variety of measurements, and decode serial buses by remotely accessing your oscilloscope. With extended licensing options, you can add additional functions such as analysis with multiple oscilloscopes, decoding of additional serial buses, jitter analysis and power measurements.
