The P6248, P6247 and P6246 differential probes allow users to take time or frequency domain measurements on high bandwidth signals.

For example in hard drives, in the design of digital ICs and in communication applications.

Thanks to the small probe head geometry and the various accessories for the probe tip, these probes can easily be measured manually on surface-mounted devices.
