The Tektronix Software Bundle Standards Compliance contains all of the compliance options currently available for your Windows-equipped MSO Series 5 or 6 oscilloscope. All standards leverage the TekExpress engine for flexible configuration, complete device control, informative prompts, and comprehensive reports.

The Pro Software Bundel Standards Compliance contains:

  • All features of the software starter package, including built-in serial decoder / trigger and built-in AFG
  • Extended Record Length
  • All currently available conformity options (for details, see »Features and Highlights«)

Permanent license:

With this inexpensive alternative, you can use the software indefinitely. Software updates and support are included for 12 months.

Alternatively, you can opt for a 1 year license for this software bundle.
