LCX100 | LCR meter, DC, 4 Hz - 300 kHz, 0.05% accuracy, LAN, USB, optional GPIB (3629.8856.02)

The universal LCR meters of the Rohde & Schwarz LCX series are versatile and measure extremely accurately and quickly. Therefore, they are perfectly suited for demanding applications in research, development and production. Applications with a measurement frequency of up to 10 MHz are covered with two device models and various options. Internal and external bias functions, comprehensive analysis options and versatile test adapters round off the wide range of applications.

The R&S LCX100 LCR meter covers the frequency range from 4 Hz to 300 kHz . The R&S LCX200, on the other hand, offers an upper limit frequency of 500 kHz and, if necessary, can be set to 1 MHz (option LCX-K201, item no.: 3630.1880.03) or 10 MHz (option LCX-K210, item no.: No.: 3630.1900.03) expandable . All devices also carry out direct current measurements. Internally generated voltages of up to 10V cover most applications. Optionally, bias voltages of up to 40 V can be applied externally.

With the fast logging function , all measured values are recorded up to ten times per second. The data can be stored on an external USB stick or transferred to an external PC via USB or LAN. With a data rate of up to 10 samples/s, the measured values are available every 100 ms.

Dynamic impedance measurements can be carried out with the extended analysis function (LCX-K106 option, item no.: 3630.1922.03). These sweep measurements determine the impedance values at a range of frequency values or other parameters.

You can trigger and control measurements via the digital inputs/outputs . The binning function (LCX-K107 option, item no.: 3660.7741.03) allows the measured components to be sorted into up to eight categories/tolerance ranges according to their values.

The large, capacitive touchscreen is the central element for the modern and intuitive operation of the devices. The measurement results can also be shown graphically on the high-resolution display.

The R&S LCX is predestined for system use because it can be remotely controlled and installed in a rack .
