This probe package includes the R&S RT-ZISO isolated probe system with 10 m cable, 100 MHz bandwidth option and the ZISO-Z301 measuring tip.

The Z301 isolated browser tip is ideal for fast and flexible measurements at inaccessible test points without dedicated measuring points. The ZISO-Z301 browser tip offers a measuring range of ±300 V.
