RT-ZISO10 | Bundle probe system, 1 GHz, 3m cable, incl. ZISO-Z201&ZISO-Z301 measuring tip (1804.5000P15)

This probe package includes the R&S RT-ZISO isolated probe system with 3 m cable, 1 GHz bandwidth option and the ZISO-Z201 and ZISO-Z301 measuring tip.

The Z201 MMCX tip offers improved shielding against interference signals and is ideal for measurements on circuit nodes with high voltages. The ZISO-Z201 MMCX tip has a measuring range of ±300 V (peak).

The Z301 insulated browser tip is ideal for fast and flexible measurements at inaccessible test points without dedicated measuring points. The ZISO-Z301 browser tip offers a measuring range of ±300 V.
