During the development and testing of high-frequency components, it is essential to analyze the behavior of signals within a system. A vector network analyzer (VNA) measures how signals are reflected and transmitted at a component, enabling the determination of key parameters such as S-parameters and impedance.
The PicoVNA-100 series provides a compact and powerful solution for this purpose. The USB-controlled instruments combine high measurement accuracy with comprehensive analysis functions and are suitable for the analysis and characterization of RF circuits, antennas, filters, and amplifiers in development, testing, and laboratory environments.

Quad-RX architecture with four receivers
The four-receiver architecture ensures particularly stable and accurate measurements. In contrast to conventional three-receiver designs, errors caused by internal switching paths and signal delays are avoided.
Integrated bias-Ts for active component measurements
Enable direct DC supply of active components during RF measurement. Separate bias tees or DC blocks are not required. Power is supplied via an external voltage or current source (max. ±15 V, 250 mA) through SMB connectors.
Very high measurement speed
Up to 5500 dual-port S-parameter measurements per second as well as more than 10,000 S11 and S21 measurements per second enable fast development cycles and automated test sequences.
Powerful PicoVNA 5 analysis software included
The intuitive control software enables clear and efficient analysis: multiple measurement traces, marker analysis, mathematical functions, and time-domain analysis. Measurements can be displayed in freely configurable view windows and exported.
