TA173 | Attenuator, 20 dB, SMA (m) to SMA (f), 50 ohms, 10 GHz

The TA173 is a 20 dB 10 GHz attenuator for use with 50 ohm systems. Fitted as standard to the TDR / TDT drive outputs of the PicoScope 9311, the attenuator is a safety measure to protect against voltage pulses from damaging the sensitive input of the PicoScope 9300 oscilloscope.
