The PXIe-4147 is a four-channel source measure unit (SMU) that is ideal for high-pin count applications. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for precise measurements. Thanks to the sample rate of the PXIe-4147, the duration of the measurement can be reduced, the transient behavior can be recorded and a fast current-voltage characterization of test objects can be carried out. With a high-speed sequencing engine, SMUs can be synchronized with each other or with other measuring devices such as switch modules or high-speed digital test modules. In addition, you can fine-tune the PXIe-4147's response to any load, using SourceAdapt technology to achieve optimal responses with maximum stability and minimal transients.
