The PXIe-5163 high-resolution oscilloscope features two channels with a maximum sample rate of 1 GS/s and flexible settings for coupling, input impedance, voltage range, and filtering. PXI oscilloscopes also have multiple trigger modes, large onboard memory, and an instrument driver that enables high data throughput and includes analysis capabilities. The device is ideal for automated and semi-automated time and frequency domain applications that require high-resolution, low-noise measurements with up to 200 MHz analog bandwidth and 250 V. The PXIe-5163 also offers advanced synchronization and throughput capabilities.
