The SA1500X is a single-ended active probe for voltages that is used for a wide variety of measurements at high speed. The probe is fed by an auxiliary power supply included in the scope of delivery, which is internationally compatible and certified. It can be used with oscilloscopes with an input resistance of 50 Ω.
