The PXIe ‑ 4081 is a high-performance digital multimeter (DMM) with 7½ digits that offers the measurement functionality of two common measuring devices: a high-resolution DMM up to 1000 V and a digitizer. As a DMM, the PXIe ‑ 4081 enables fast and accurate DC / AC voltage, DC / AC current, two- / four-wire and frequency / period measurements as well as diode tests. As an isolated digitizer for high voltages, the PXIe ‑ 4081 is used to acquire waveforms with sampling rates of up to 1.8 MS / s.
