The high-precision SMU (Source Measure Unit) PXIe-4139 operates in four-quadrant mode and outputs up to 40 W DC power. This module features A/D converters to help you make high-precision measurements with a current resolution of 100 fA or high-speed data acquisitions up to 1.8 MS/s. The module ensures maximum stability and measurement accuracy using SourceAdapt technology, which allows custom tuning of the transient response to the characteristics of any load. The PXIe-4139 is suitable for applications such as manufacturing test, board-level test, and lab characterization with devices such as ICs, PMICs, and RFICs, as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers.
