The PXIe-4141 is a four-channel source measure unit (SMU) that is ideal for high-pin count applications. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for accurate measurements. Due to the high sampling rate of the PXIe-4141, measuring times can be reduced, the transient behavior can be recorded and the current-voltage characterization of DUTs can be carried out quickly. With a high-speed sequencing engine, all SMUs can be synchronized with each other or with other measuring devices such as switch modules or high-speed digital test modules. In addition, the PXIe-4141's response can be tailored to any load to ensure optimal behavior with maximum stability and minimal transients using SourceAdapt technology.
